SPHERE is excited to announce SP(HER)E, an interactive channel designed to highlight female leadership and a platform for them to communicate their own career journeys. SPHERE will highlight diverse women and allies monthly to share their experiences and inspire others in their career growth.
SP(HER)E’s mission is to educate, include and inspire. Each month, highlighted women and allies will share their career journeys and lessons that helped them become the professional they are today. We are excited to include people of all backgrounds and places in their career growth. By sharing new journeys monthly, our goal is to inspire and support the success of women in the workplace.
In addition to monthly highlights, SP(HER)E is excited to partner with local community programs to mentor young women in the workplace. SPHERE will be welcoming high school graduates into our corporate headquarters to offer the following opportunities:
- Shadowing a female executive
- Receiving coaching and development from female leaders
- Performing practice interviews and resume building
