SPHERE Technology Solutions is pleased to have hosted a Fall Craft Beer Festival that raised over $9,000 for the Liberty Humane Society.
“Each year SPHERE has worked with a local charity to build awareness and try to help them in any way possible and this year was exceptional”, said Bill Noonan, Senior Director, adding “we are so happy that we got a fantastic turnout from our clients, friends, families and the local community; it was a fun-filled event that also raised a ton of money.” President and Founder, Rita Gurevich said, “I cannot be any more proud of what we were able to do today; I’m best this or that questions a huge animal lover and being able to raise so much for the Liberty Humane Society leaves me almost speechless. We want to make this an annual event.”
“This was an incredible partnership that really shows how much local businesses and non-profits can accomplish together. It was fantastic to see so many people come out in support of our community’s animals,” said Irene Borngraeber, Liberty Humane Society’s Executive Director.
SPHERE teamed up with the Liberty Humane Society to put on the Fall Craft Beer Festival that had over 300 people attend at the Elks Lodge #74 in Hoboken. There was a great deal of support from the community with beer donations from the Hunterdon Brewing Company, 902 Brewing and Hoboken Brewing. Food was generously donated by the Hoboken Elks Lodge #74, Peace.Love.Pops., Court Street Restaurant, Vito’s Deli, Mr. Wraps, Razza Pizza Artigianale, and Rosticeria da Gigi. The event was also promoted by media sponsor, Yelp.
There was also a pie baking contest that was judged by Chef Anthony Pino of Bin 14 and David Anthony’s along with Rita Gurevich from SPHERE and Irene Borngraeber from the Liberty Humane Society.
